&nbsp;As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of high-quality dishes, contributing to the overall success of our culinary offerings.&nbsp; We are looking for candidates with culinary expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.</li><li>Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and quality of all dishes.</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in various cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, baking and frying.</li><li>Easily adapt to different cuisines and menu requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with the chef to contribute ideas for menu development and improvement.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.</li><li>Efficiently manage prep work and ensure timely execution during peak hours.</li><li>Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure a smooth workflow.</li><li>Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment.</li><li>Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients.</li><li>Assist in placing orders and controlling costs to minimize waste.</li><li>Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes to meet established standards.</li><li>Address any issues or discrepancies promptly.&nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>A culinary degree or equivalent training from culinary school is essential.</li><li>Prior experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting is essential.</li><li>Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.</li><li>Excellent food-handling skills.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of quality foods and ingredients.</li><li>Good planning, organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of hygiene, health &amp; safety and licensing regulations.</li><li>Positive attitude, team player, ability to work under pressure, hard working.&nbsp;</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Monthly net salary from €2000 reflective of your experience, skills, and market standards</li><li>Working hours: 6 days a week, 8 hours per day (Tuesday through Sunday).
