We are seeking to recruit a motivated and committed Accounting and Operations Officer for a permanent and full-time position to join our team in Nicosia.&nbsp;Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities:•&nbsp;&nbsp;Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded•&nbsp;&nbsp;Invoicing•&nbsp;&nbsp;Recording of receipts and payments•&nbsp;&nbsp;Preparation of Debtors/Creditors reconciliation•&nbsp;&nbsp;Review/correction and posting of data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency•&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and other ledger accounts / Bank Deposits•&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with the operations team•&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide administrative support to other departments as needed&nbsp;Requirements &amp; Qualifications:•&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field or 1-2 years of experience in a similar role•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;LCCI Higher or equivalent qualification will be considered an advantage.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Proficient in MS Office•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Fluency in Greek and English, both in verbal and written•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Organized, responsible and detail oriented•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Work under pressure&nbsp;Company offers:<ul><li>&nbsp;Competitive remuneration package with a 13th salary based on experience and qualifications</li><li>&nbsp;Provident Fund</li><li>21 vacation days annually, plus public holidays</li><li>A collaborative and friendly work environment</li><li>Learning &amp; development opportunities</li><li>Exciting challenges in a fast-paced work environment</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Interested applicants are kindly requested to send their CVs to <a href="mailto:vacancies@acenetworks.eu">vacancies@acenetworks.eu</a> &nbsp;with the title 'Accounting Officer' as the email Subject.&nbsp;&nbsp;All applications will be treated in strict confidence.&nbsp;&nbsp;Only successful applicants will be contacted.&nbsp;
