Unicars Ltd, one of the leading companies in the automotive sector in Cyprus, representing the main brands of the VW Group is currently recruiting:&nbsp;Office AdministratorJob Summary:We are looking for a professional and organized&nbsp;Office Administrator&nbsp;to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external partners. This role is responsible for managing the head office area, handling phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.&nbsp;Main Duties and&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.</li><li>Manage the Head Office’s main phone line, handling calls efficiently and directing them appropriately.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of company structure, personnel, and departments to accurately direct inquiries.</li><li>Assist employees, customers, and business partners with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and maintain an organized filing system.</li><li>Maintain meeting room schedules, assist in meeting preparations, and ensure rooms are well-kept before and after use.</li><li>Liaise with vendors such as cleaning services, canteen providers, and office supply suppliers to ensure quality service.</li><li>Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of Head Office areas, ensuring cleanliness and a professional environment.</li><li>Monitor and distribute office consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels.</li><li>Support various departments with administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests.</li></ul>Knowledge,&nbsp;Skills &amp;&nbsp;Experience Required:The ideal candidate should have:<ul><li>Two years or more of experience in an office administration role</li><li>An undergraduate degree or certification in office administration, business, or a related field will be considered as an advantage</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English languages (verbal and written).</li><li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Strong collaborative skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.</li></ul>The company offers a competitive remuneration package including, 13th&nbsp;salary, provident fund and others.&nbsp;If you want to join our team, you can send your CV <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://onlinerecruitment.exelsyslive.com/?c=1f8a881c-9d3a-4bce-9b12-b9f466795d90&amp;v=2025/051">here </a>until the 5th of June 2025.All applications will be treated as strictly confidential and only for the purposes of this vacancy.
