They expertly manage lead distribution, resolve tickets, and maintain clean, up-to-date databases, ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and management. By swiftly addressing issues, generating insightful reports, and enhancing team performance, they uphold data integrity and efficiency, making them essential to the organization’s success!&nbsp;&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily CRM activities, ensuring efficient lead management</li><li>Maintain and update the CRM database of the sales agents</li><li>Assign new leads to the sales team and manage lead distribution</li><li>Generate reports and provide feedback on sales team performance</li><li>Solve tickets raised by agents or other company departments</li><li>Other ad hoc tasks</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Fluent in the English language, both verbal and written</li><li>Very good in Excel for data management and reporting</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus</li><li>1-2 years of experience in the Forex industry will be considered an advantage</li></ul>&nbsp;Candidate profile:<ul><li>Energetic and motivated for long-term commitment</li><li>Problem solver who takes initiative and responsibility</li><li>Reliable and trustworthy, especially when handling sensitive client data</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Capable of working collaboratively with teams from different offices</li></ul>&nbsp;Working Schedule<ul><li>&nbsp;Monday to Thursday: 14:00 -23:00 with 1 hour break</li><li>Friday: 6 working hours shift with 30 minutes break</li></ul>&nbsp;What we provide:<ul><li>Competitive Compensation:Our remuneration package is tailored to your skills and experience, ensuring you’re well rewarded for your hard work.</li><li>Growth Opportunities:We’re committed to your career development.
