We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team at Pafilia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing our social media platforms, and driving audience engagement and growth.&nbsp;Location: Paphos&nbsp;Responsibilities:• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.• Create engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content (copy, images, video, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.• Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across all social channels.• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster meaningful online conversations that build community.• Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, PR) and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality execution.• Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media, real estate, and luxury lifestyle sectors.• Identify and manage influencer and brand partnership opportunities to amplify campaigns.• Support the planning and coverage of live events, launches, and site visits through real-time content.&nbsp;Necessary Requirements:• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.• Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for design.• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms.• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite &amp; CapCut).• A proactive, creative mindset and excellent organizational skills.• Excellent understanding on branding and design• Fluent in English• Ability to prioritize work, work well under pressure and meet deadlines• Work cohesively with co-workers as a part of a team• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with administrative software tools such as WordPress would be an advantage• Strong time management and a proactive approach to problem-solving• Highly organised, self motivated and creative mind-set with can do attitude&nbsp;Are you a passionate and creative person seeking for a new challenge?
