Multimarine Services Ltd is seeking a Contract Engineer to support the contractual and commercial management of the LNG Jetty construction project. The role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager and the site team to ensure compliance with the main contract, timely handling of variations, and efficient administration of correspondence with the Employer and Engineer.&nbsp;Project Title: Completion of Marine &amp; Civil Works – LNG Jetty&nbsp;Location: Limassol &amp; Vassilikos, Cyprus&nbsp;Contract Type: Minimum 15 months – Project-based, with potential for full-time employment&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and interpret the Contract Agreement, Particular Conditions, and Employer’s Requirements.</li><li>Prepare and manage contractual correspondence, notifications, and responses to the Employer/Engineer.</li><li>Draft, submit, and follow up on Variations, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and requests for information (RFIs).</li><li>Support the management of subcontractor agreements, including back-to-back alignment with the main contract.</li><li>Maintain the Variation Register, track contract deliverables, and assist with commercial risk management.</li><li>Coordinate with the planning, engineering, and cost control teams to ensure alignment of contractual strategy with project execution.</li><li>Support preparation of documentation for internal reviews and dispute resolution (if required).</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Profile:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration on FIDIC-based infrastructure projects.</li><li>Solid understanding of contractual procedures, claims, and variation handling.</li><li>Excellent drafting and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract administration tools.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and structured working style.</li><li>EU work permit or legal eligibility to work in Cyprus.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer:<ul><li>Direct involvement in the administration of a high-profile marine infrastructure contract.</li><li>Professional development in a demanding contractual environment.</li><li>Structured commercial team and clear reporting lines.</li><li>Competitive terms with potential for full-time integration post-project.</li></ul>&nbsp;Application:Please send your CV and availability to both of the following addresses; <a href="mailto:hr@multimarine.com.cy">hr@multimarine.com.cy</a>, <a href="mailto:christos.antoniadis@multimarine.com.cy">christos.antoniadis@multimarine.com.cy</a> , with Subject line: “Application – Contract Engineer (LNG Jetty) and your name”.&nbsp;All applications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality
