THE COMPANYOn behalf of our client, a leading Beverage Manufacturer, we seek to recruit an experienced and high calibre professional for the position of Senior Information Systems Consultant, to be based in Nicosia. &nbsp;THE POSITIONThe successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of technical support and trainings, the development / upgrade of existing systems and for the implementation of new technologies across the Group with the aim to efficiently and accurately collect, monitor and analyse relevant information that are crucial for the effective operation of the Group’s Companies / departments.&nbsp;More specifically, the candidate will be responsible for the below duties, among others: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Schedule and facilitate meetings with internal customers for the discussion and collection of project / system requirements •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform requirement and technical specifications analysis and create project plans / Service Level Agreements with the internal customers •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop, execute and monitor associate project plans by allocating any additional resources needed by in-house and outsourced consultants and developers •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Analyse and record requirements and prepare specifications for internal and external consultants •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform acceptance testing to ensure that all related system requirements are met&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proposes operational policies, processes and procedures •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create user documentation and training materials •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Understand, record and troubleshoot user technical support issues •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide training and support to the end users for all relevant procedures and systems •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Directs and coordinates the actions of junior members of the department for the proper implementation of projects &nbsp;REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or any other related field •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;At least eight (8) years of professional experience in a similar role •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Basic knowledge of programming skills, SQL and databases •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Working experience of SAP Business Suite or other ERPs •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven experience in project management •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High aptitude for understanding and learning new software packages •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to understand end business processes and operations •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent customer (internal or external) support skills •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong verbal and written communication/documentation skills •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Analytical thinking skills, business acumen and ability to provide innovative solutions •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong teamworking skills, as well as ability to work on his/her own initiative&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent computer literacy, including good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, especially in handling different types of data •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written&nbsp;&nbsp;REMUNERATION AND BENEFITSA competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.APPLICATIONSAll applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.&nbsp; Interested applicants should apply through www.cydeloittecareers.com selecting the “Senior Information Systems Consultant” vacancy under “Vacancies at Deloitte clients” no later than Friday, 23rd of May 2025.Kindly note that only successful candidates will be contacted for this position.
