As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Payments Specialist to join our team and help ensure our customer-facing teams maintain top performance and service quality.Responsibilities:&nbsp;• Accurately process and monitor client withdrawal requests in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements.&nbsp;• Verify client identity and documentation before approving payments.&nbsp;• Ensure timely and secure execution of withdrawals via various payment methods (bank transfers, cards, e-wallets, etc.).&nbsp;• Collaborate with the compliance team to flag and escalate any suspicious or irregular transactions.&nbsp;• Liaise with PSPs (Payment Service Providers), banks, and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.&nbsp;• Maintain accurate transaction records and assist with reconciliation tasksRequirements:&nbsp;• Fluent English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.&nbsp;• Previous experience in payments, finance operations, or back office—preferably in a forex, fintech, or financial services company&nbsp;• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and fraud prevention procedures.&nbsp;• High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.&nbsp;• Comfortable working in structured shifts&nbsp;• Proficiency in payment platforms and CRM systems is a plus.What We Offer:&nbsp;• Competitive salary package.&nbsp;• Career development and growth within a regulated industry.&nbsp;• Supportive team culture with training and development resources.
