Payroll Officer Our client, one of the leading retail companies, is looking for a skilled and reliable Payroll Officer to join their HR team and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations. Position’s Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end payroll processing for over 2500 employees across multiple locations.</li><li>Handle various types of employment contracts, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff.</li><li>Ensure payroll is compliant with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Work with the HR team to validate timekeeping records and shift data.</li><li>Generate and distribute payslips and reports; manage employee queries regarding payroll.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.</li><li>Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.</li></ul> Position’s Requirements<ul><li>University degree holder</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, preferably in large-scale operations (1000+ employees).</li><li>Proven experience with Logisoft payroll software will be considered as an advantage</li><li>Strong understanding of Cyprus labor law and payroll-related compliance.</li><li>Familiarity with complex shift schedules and multi-contract employment setups.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll reporting tools.</li></ul> Employer’s Details Benefits<ul><li>14th&nbsp;salary</li><li>Additional Christmas &amp; Easter gift in vouchers</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Training opportunities</li><li>Discounts on Products</li></ul>Salary Range:&nbsp;€21.000 - €25.000 gross annually Working Hours:&nbsp;Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:30&nbsp;If you are interested, please submit your CV through the provided link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17466219336180069663tzC">https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17466219336180069663tzC</a>
