Customer Solutions Engineering Specialist – Nicosia, Cyprus&nbsp;We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineering Specialist to join our team in Nicosia, Cyprus.&nbsp;In this role, you will take ownership of the order handling process, including prospecting, tendering, technical specification, traffic calculations, CAD and layout drawings, and estimating delivery times and costs. You will serve as a key technical contact for our customers and provide critical support to the sales team.&nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management<ul><li>Support the salesperson by analyzing customers’ technical needs and developing proposals that show how KONE’s solutions address those needs.</li><li>Serve as the main technical contact for customers and participate in planning/specification meetings when required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Technical Sales Support<ul><li>Provide technical and cost estimation support throughout the sales process.</li><li>Coordinate specifications and delivery times with the Supply Line, Sourcing team, and local subcontractors.</li><li>Be fully accountable for the engineering of solutions that meet all applicable codes, safety regulations, and standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;Technical Support in the Delivery Process<ul><li>Ensure technical accuracy of engineered solutions during the delivery phase.</li><li>Organize and manage all order documentation and confirmations.</li><li>Handle technical drawings and related project documents.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and Experience Required<ul><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook</li><li>Fluent in written and spoken English</li></ul>&nbsp;We offer:<ul><li>Work in an international business oriented environment</li><li>Scandinavian company culture</li><li>Notebook, mobile phone</li><li>Opportunity to demonstrate your initiative</li><li>Career opportunity</li><li>Friendly and supportive team</li></ul>
