The Role:We are seeking to recruit a passionate and self-motivated professional for the position of Entry Level Financial Risk Advisor, to be based in our offices in Nicosia.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; As part of our established, yet growing team, you will be expected to assist the senior members in the execution of projects involving a wide range of major clients in Cyprus and abroad.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; As part of the Risk Consulting team your day-to-day responsibilities will include:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Organising and collecting information from clients.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Performing financial and non-financial analysis.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supporting in financial risk modelling.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supporting and participating in client interviews.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participating in workshops and meetings.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Preparing project and client deliverables and high quality reports.&nbsp;Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in: Economics, Finance, Accounting or other related field.</li><li>Relevant Master’s degree will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Interest in legal and regulatory compliance and reporting frameworks.</li><li>Basic/academic - knowledge of financial risk management principles.</li><li>Basic/academic of financial sector regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g. Basel Frameworks including updates, MiFID II, AIFMD, CRR, IFR).</li><li>Legal and regulatory compliance understanding and awareness.</li><li>Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Power-point) is a must.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English is a must.</li><li>Positive attitude with a “can-do” perspective.</li><li>Highly committed personality and willing to learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to take initiative and work independently when required.</li><li>Organised, focused and diligent, in executing the tasks assigned by the Team Leaders and Managers.</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Professionalism, work ethic, self-motivated and a team player.Benefits:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience, including 13th salary.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; “Dress for Your Day” scheme.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Flexible working hours.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Afternoon off on Fridays.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Up to 2 work from home days per week.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Medical insurance.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provident fund.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Employee referral scheme.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent opportunities for career development and advancement.&nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:hr@fincap.com">hr@fincap.com</a>&nbsp;All applicants will be treated with strict confidentiality.
