CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established provider of Audit, Accounting &amp; Tax related services to a diverse portfolio of both local and international clients, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Client Accountant to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for providing Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping services to a portfolio of both Local &amp; International clients. You will ideally be educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field and holders of, or those working towards any professional accounting qualification are encouraged to apply. Our client is seeking applicants with approximately 3+ years of relevant experience, who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek &amp; English. Flexible working hours are offered, with the option of a 4:00pm finish from Monday to Thursday, and Friday afternoon’s off.&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Carry out accounting and bookkeeping on behalf of a portfolio of local and international clients.</li><li>Communication and resolution of any issues with clients.</li><li>Reconciliation of banks, creditors debtors ledgers.</li><li>Preparation of reports from the accounting software.</li><li>End to end preparation of client’s payroll.</li><li>Documentation and filing of accounting transactions in an organized manner.</li><li>Liaison with the audit department.</li><li>Preparation of Management Reports as required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>Educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar field is desirable.</li><li>Full member of a recognised accounting body (ACA, ACCA, CPA) is desirable, but not essential.</li><li>Approximately 3+ years of relevant work experience in Client Accounting is essential.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.</li><li>Experience with Payroll preparation.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English.</li><li>Confident user of MS Office application.</li><li>Experience working with accounting software.</li><li>Strong client service skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG8262.
