Digital Marketing Specialist On behalf of a client, a marketing company in Cyprus, we are currently hiring a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Nicosia. Objective The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating and managing engaging digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on TikTok and other social media platforms. If you are passionate about storytelling, social trends, and digital growth, this is the role for you! Position’s Duties Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their unique marketing needs and delivering tailored digital strategies.</li><li>Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, focusing on TikTok and other social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.</li><li>Create and curate high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences across platforms.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on TikTok and other digital platforms, adapting strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with broader goals.</li><li>Manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal performance within allocated budgets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for their digital marketing needs.</li></ul>Position’s Requirements<ul><li>Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or any related field.</li><li>1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in TikTok content creation and campaign management.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and trends.</li><li>Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> Employer’s Details Working hours:&nbsp;Monday – Thursday 9:00-17:00 &amp; Friday 9:00-15:30&nbsp;If you are interested, please submit your CV through the provided link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17466958799370069663kAp">https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17466958799370069663kAp</a>
