Senior Test Analyst On behalf of a client, a well-established international company offering technology solutions, we are currently seeking a Senior Test Analyst to join their team in Nicosia. Objective As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for leading testing assurance processes within projects and programs. You will take a proactive role in developing and maintaining testing strategies, overseeing quality assurance delivery, managing stakeholder communication, and mentoring junior team members. This is a hands-on role requiring strong testing experience, system knowledge, and collaboration skills. Position’s Duties and Responsibilities Test Leadership &amp; Management<ul><li>Lead testing activities for system and user acceptance testing (UAT)</li><li>Scope and estimate testing efforts</li><li>Provide progress/status reports to stakeholders</li><li>Allocate and manage testing resources</li><li>Mentor junior team members and foster team collaboration</li></ul>Testing Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>Develop and maintain test cases, scenarios, and plans</li><li>Execute manual and automated testing in line with defined quality processes</li><li>Write detailed and clear bug reports</li><li>Analyze business requirements to ensure functional alignment</li></ul>Quality &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Ensure delivery aligns with quality standards</li><li>Identify bottlenecks in processes and recommend solutions</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement of QA methodologies</li><li>Provide meaningful metrics to improve software quality</li></ul>Client UAT Leadership (Offshore)<ul><li>Lead User Acceptance Testing cycles for clients</li><li>Deliver clear testing instructions and manage client issues</li><li>Ensure client satisfaction during UAT process</li></ul> Position’s Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any other related field</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Proven experience in software quality assurance and test analysis</li><li>Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and software development lifecycle</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Jira, test case management, and defect tracking systems</li><li>Open, transparent, and collaborative</li><li>Trusted and reliable with high accountability</li><li>Proactive in problem solving and process improvement</li><li>Committed to continuous learning and development—for self and others</li></ul> Salary range:&nbsp;€45,000 – €55,000 gross &nbsp;If you are interested, please submit your CV through the provided link: &nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17467108435990069663wOv">https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17467108435990069663wOv</a>
