We strongly believe in fostering the growth and well-being of our team members, providing regular training and enhance their skills.JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are expanding our Corporate and Trust Services team, and we are seeking a dedicated Senior Corporate Administrator with at least 4 years of experience, to join us. You will co-lead and play a pivotal part in managing corporate and compliance tasks, ensuring seamless operations for our diverse international clientele. Responsibilities include legal drafting, acting as a cross-functional problem solver and deliver value and performance.RESPONSIBILITIES·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee and manage licensing and compliance in various jurisdictions·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaise with clients, legal advisors, corporate service providers and regulators·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Draft, review legal and corporate documents and negotiate contracts·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Set up, advise and ongoing administration of entities in various jurisdictions·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Advise CEO and teams on legal and regulatory matters·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate audits, filings and regulatory checks·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure effective KYC, AML and data protection processes·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Implement KYC, due diligence and compliance procedures&nbsp;REQUIREMENTS·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4+ years of legal and/or compliance experience is a must·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience drafting and managing commercial agreements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Solid law degree (LLM, LLB) or Business Administration (MBA), additional compliance certifications &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; are a plus·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong commitment to high standards of client service and relationship building·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent written and verbal language in English and Greek·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of fiduciary services and pertinent AML regulations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficient in MS Office software and computer literate·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Multi-tasking, attention to deal and strong organizational and self-management skills&nbsp;WHAT ON OFFERAn attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience.
