Business Systems Manager On behalf of a client, a well-established group, operating in the retail industry, we are currently looking for a Business Systems Manager to join their team in Nicosia.&nbsp;Objective We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Manager to lead the management, integration, and optimization of the various systems that support our client’s Retail &amp; hospitality operations. This role oversees critical business technologies—including POS, ERP MS Business Central BI tools, payroll, and CRM systems—by effectively managing the vendors that support them. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong technical and leadership skills, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and seamlessly across the group.&nbsp;Position’s Duties and Responsibilities Leading a team of 2 people the job holder will be responsible for the following tasks and duties: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Systems Oversight and Optimization: Manage and optimize the company’s key business systems, including POS, Navision ERP, payroll software, CRM, and other retail management software to ensure they meet business requirements and operational goals. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Integration and Coordination: Oversee the integration of systems across all departments, ensuring seamless communication between POS, ERP, payroll, CRM, and inventory management systems. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;System Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for all business systems. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize disruptions to store operations. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Data Management and Reporting: Ensure accurate data flow between systems and develop regular reports on system performance, sales analytics, inventory tracking, and other key business metrics. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Project Management: Lead and manage IT and systems-related projects, such as system upgrades, new software implementations, or integrations. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the business's needs. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party software vendors to ensure the effective operation of POS, ERP, payroll, and CRM systems. Manage software licenses and contract renewals. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;User Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to store staff and other users to ensure effective system use. Create and maintain user guides and documentation for systems. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;System Security and Compliance: Ensure that all systems are secure and compliant with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and recommend improvements to business systems, workflows, and technology tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Build and maintain strong relationships: With internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of new technological initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Position’s Requirements •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related field. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems management •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong technical knowledge of retail business systems (POS, ERP Microsoft Business Central CRM, etc.) will be considered as an advantage. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong business acumen •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven ability to manage system integrations and support multi-location environments. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in system administration, user training, and documentation. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with retail operations is a plus.Salary: up to €40,000 gross If you are interested, please submit your CV via the provided link: &nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17466839785240069663njv">https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17466839785240069663njv</a> &nbsp;
