Job description&nbsp;Main duties and responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Converting leads to clients and assisting them to start trading.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone, chat and email.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective and efficient manner.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Providing proactive and excellent customer service to all clients at all times.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring accurate and up to date information is recording in the company’s CRM.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Providing information and training on the company’s products and trading systems.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Achieving personal and company key performance indicators (KPIs).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Interact and cooperate with colleagues across various departments.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Adhering to all company policies and procedures and compliance with the regulatory environment.&nbsp;Key attributes:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Previous experience in a similar role required.·&nbsp;&nbsp; Target driven with a proven track record in sales.·&nbsp;&nbsp; University degree in Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Business Management or related field.·&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of financial markets, including technical and fundamental analysis.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Highly competitive with a desire for career progression.·&nbsp;&nbsp; Money-driven, enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Customer support oriented.·&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent organizational and time management skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Outstanding communication, negotiation and closing skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a highly professional manner.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Business fluency in English.·&nbsp;&nbsp; Additional languages will be considered an advantage.&nbsp;We offer·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Attractive remuneration package depending on qualifications and experience·&nbsp;&nbsp; 22 days annual leave·&nbsp;&nbsp; Active and business environment, with the ability for professional growth·&nbsp;&nbsp; Professional team and friendly atmosphere·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Full health care after the end of probationary period·&nbsp;&nbsp; Participation in the employee’s provident fund scheme upon completion of the probationary period&nbsp;If you are interested, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:careers@tiomarkets.com">careers@tiomarkets.com</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
