Job DescriptionZygos, a leader in software solutions for the legal, accounting and financial industry, is looking for a young individual to fill the position of Customer Support Officer. While preference will be given to candidates with an academic background in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related discipline, applicants from other relevant fields are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will receive full training on all necessary tools and frameworks.&nbsp;Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Communicate with clients on a daily basis, through phone or our online chat application in order to support with their inquiries, educate with announcements and broadcast any new features or announcements.</li><li>Conduct online or on-site seminars/training to clients thus enhancing their knowledge and understanding of our product.&nbsp;</li><li>Extend the current online knowledge base of our product by writing short articles and recording short explanatory videos.&nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1-2 years of experience in a Customer Support position</li><li>Professionally Fluent Greek &amp; English Speaker (interview will be conducted in English)</li><li>Be a good team player with discipline and the ability to take initiative.&nbsp;</li><li>Full driving licence</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Hybrid working model (3 days/week from home)</li><li>Competitive Remuneration package.</li><li>13th Salary &amp; Performance Based Bonuses.</li><li>“Short Fridays” with work until 2pm.</li><li>Provident Fund with company participation.</li><li>Flexible work hours.</li><li>Double monitor station with ergonomic chair.</li><li>Extra Birthday day Annual leave.</li><li>Company events and activities (<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.instagram.com/zygospracticemanagement/">Check our insta page</a>).</li><li>Work in a stable environment with more than 25 years in the market but a startup mentality at heart.</li></ul>&nbsp;If you feel confident with all of the above then you are the person for the job.
