Main Duties<ul><li>Assists in coordinating and managing logistics operations to ensure smooth supply chain processes.</li><li>Supports inventory management and distribution activities</li><li>Monitors inventory levels to ensure stock availability and avoid overstock or stockouts</li><li>Coordinates with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners to ensure timely delivery of goods</li><li>Coordinates labelling activities for specific company products</li><li>Coordinates regular stock counts with the warehouse (cycle counts and full inventory checks) and reconcile discrepancies</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>High School diploma or higher; an Associate degree in logistics or a related field is preferred.</li><li>At least 3 years of administrative or logistics support experience in a professional office environment</li><li>Solid understanding of supply chain/ logistics practices</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (especially excel)</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work in a team</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Fluency in communicating in English</li><li>Previous experience with SAP accounting software will also be considered an advantage</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits<ul><li>Attractive annual gross earnings including 13th salary</li><li>Annual productivity bonus (Bonus)</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Hybrid work model</li><li>Opportunities for continuous learning, training and professional development</li></ul>&nbsp;ApplicationsApplications will be treated confidentially.
