Job descriptionThe Chiropractic Center Limassol is seeking a proactive and friendly Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant to oversee front-desk operations and support clinical activities in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will:&nbsp;<ul><li>Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient registration.</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls and emails in Greek and English, providing accurate information and scheduling support.</li><li>Maintain and update appointment diaries, manage cancellations and reminders.</li><li>Coordinate patient flow through the clinic to minimize wait times and optimize practitioner schedules.</li><li>Handle billing, invoicing and basic bookkeeping, ensuring accurate financial records.</li><li>Monitor, order and replenish clinic supplies and inventory.</li><li>Collaborate with chiropractors and support staff to keep daily operations on track.</li><li>Implement and uphold clinic policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.</li><li>Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and reporting. &nbsp;</li></ul>This role demands an organized multitasker with a customer-service mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a busy healthcare environment. Fluency in both Greek and English is essential.&nbsp;We offer a competitive compensation package including a 13th salary, 22 days of paid leave plus public holidays, and provident fund contributions after your first year.&nbsp;This is a full-time role currently with the following hours:Mon: 08:00–12:30 &amp; 12:30–19:00Tue: 08:00–15:30Wed: 08:00–12:30 &amp; 12:30–19:00Thu: 14:00–19:00Fri: 08:00–16:30
