CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded provider of Corporate &amp; Fiduciary Services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for undertaking corporate procedures relating to the Department of Registrar of Companies on behalf of clients. An academic background relating to Business Administration will be considered an advantage, and you will need to possess approximately 2+ years of proven experience as a Corporate Administrator, with any experience working with Zygos software considered an advantage, but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek are essential. A highly competitive base salary is on offer to the successful applicant, which includes a 13th salary.&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Undertaking corporate procedures relating to the Department of Registrar of Companies.</li><li>Incorporation and ongoing administration of private companies of Cyprus (mainly) and other foreign jurisdictions.</li><li>Drafting corporate forms/documents (Resolutions, Proxies, POAs, Instruments, Incumbencies etc).</li><li>Assistance in the day-to-day administration of Companies.</li><li>Filing, maintaining and updating Firm’s records and systems.</li><li>Application of the AML, KYC and other compliance procedures/policies.</li><li>Other ad-hoc corporate administration related tasks.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>An academic background relating Business Administration will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Approximately 2-3 years of previous experience as a Corporate Administrator.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English (written and spoken) is essential.</li><li>Good practical knowledge of corporate procedures and forms of the Department of Registrar of Companies.</li><li>Knowledge and operation of Zygos software will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Proficient in&nbsp;MS Office software and generally computer literate.</li><li>Computer literacy.</li><li>Multi-tasking, attention-to-detail, and strong organisational and self-management skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Benefits:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.</li><li>13th salary.</li></ul> To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG8131.
