Position: Risk ManagerLocation: Limassol, CyprusEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary&nbsp;DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and oversee the organization’s risk management framework, policies, and procedures</li><li>Identify, evaluate, monitor, and report various types of risks including operational, market, credit, liquidity, and compliance risks</li><li>Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and stress testing to evaluate the firm’s risk exposure</li><li>Prepare and deliver detailed risk reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and internal governance policies</li><li>Work closely with executive leadership to assess the company’s risk profile and recommend improvements</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to promote risk awareness and integrate risk considerations into decision-making processes</li><li>Support the launch of new products or services by assessing potential risk impacts</li><li>Collaborate with compliance, audit, and anti-financial crime functions to maintain a cohesive risk strategy</li><li>Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt risk management practices accordingly</li><li>Report directly to the board of directors or relevant risk oversight committees, as required.</li></ul>&nbsp;REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Native/fluent in English (C1),&nbsp;with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline.</li><li>Relevant professional certification in financial regulation or risk management (e.g., regulatory license, risk certification)</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a risk-related role within a regulated financial services firm</li><li>Previous experience in stocks will be considered an advantage</li><li>Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and industry standards</li><li>Proficient in using risk reporting tools and data analysis techniques</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to clearly communicate complex risk issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li></ul>&nbsp;OFFER:&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based bonus</li><li>Career development and training opportunities</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li><li>Opportunity to shape and lead the firm’s risk function.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;If interested to apply for this job, please use the following link: https://davidkennedyrecruitment.teamtailor.com/jobs/5939648-risk-manager
