The successful candidate will provide quality customer service and support to subscribers and prospective clients. Furthermore, support the day to day jobs within the shop under the supervision and direction of the Store Supervisor.&nbsp;Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>Liaising between the Supervisor and other employees</li><li>Training of new employees</li><li>Developing training materials and conducting training sessions and workshops</li><li>Establishing business knowledge and awareness of shared company goals</li><li>Leading the team to achieve pre-established objectives.
