Role OverviewWe’re scaling fast and seek a sharp, highly organized&nbsp;Project Manager&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;Cyprus/Dubai team.&nbsp;You will lead the execution of marketing and business projects across departments.&nbsp; &nbsp;You will:<ul><li>Plan and coordinate the execution of marketing projects from start to finish with precision</li><li>Identify the key person or department for each task and assign responsibilities accordingly</li><li>Use Jira (or similar tools) to manage tasks, timelines, and workflows across multiple departments</li><li>Follow up and track tasks across departments to ensure accountability and timely delivery</li><li>Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and all internal teams to prioritize and align goals</li><li>Monitor deadlines, anticipate challenges, and clear any roadblocks to progress</li><li>Ensure team members are briefed, accountable, and working efficiently</li><li>Proofread content and materials to maintain high English standards</li><li>Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure seamless delivery of assets</li><li>Understand how marketing campaigns and digital assets flow across design, content, performance, and tech teams</li><li>Keep detailed documentation and reporting on all ongoing and completed projects</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in project management (preferably in fintech, marketing, creative, or digital industries)</li><li>Deep understanding of how marketing projects are structured and executed</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Jira or similar PM tools</li><li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign execution</li><li>Fluent in English with strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills</li><li>Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and cross-functionally</li><li>Ability to manage pressure, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Attractive compensation package</li><li>Generous time off, including 23 days of annual leave and paid sick leave</li><li>Monthly health &amp; Wellbeing allowance</li><li>Extensive learning opportunities, such as professional training and certifications</li><li>Company-sponsored Friday lunch</li><li>Regular team building activates and community gatherings</li></ul>About usAt&nbsp;TradeQuo, we are a forward-thinking fintech company specializing in innovative trading solutions and financial products.
