Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Clean commercial buildings by emptying trash cans, servicing restrooms and wiping down communal surfaces·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects upon request·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repair·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Make adjustments and minor repairs·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stock and maintain supply rooms·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Cooperate with the rest of the staff·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Follow all health and safety regulations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Undertakes other such duties and responsibilities appropriate to the grade of the post as determined by the Head of Events and Hospitality.&nbsp;Qualifications&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of both Greek and English Language•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication skills•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to function under pressure•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Positive and outgoing personality, with strong sense of duty, work ethics, responsibility and reliability&nbsp;Gross annual salary: €15,000&nbsp;Our package:•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 25 days of Annual Leave•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 13th&nbsp;Salary•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provident Fund Scheme•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maternity/ Paternity Scheme•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Discounted tuition fees opportunities for educational development for all staff member and their family members/ Scholarships•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Free Access to the University Sport Facilities&nbsp;&nbsp;Please send your CV by email to <a href="mailto:hr@uclancyprus.ac.cy">hr@uclancyprus.ac.cy</a>.&nbsp;The closing date for applications is on Tuesday, 17th June 2025.For informal enquiries, please contact the HR Department either via email at <a href="mailto:hr@uclancyprus.ac.cy">hr@uclancyprus.ac.cy</a> or call on 24 694000.&nbsp;Join a university that’s proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work®.&nbsp;UCLan Cyprus is an equal opportunities employer
