We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bank Administrator to join our team in Larnaca. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to operational excellence.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Prepare and submit various bank forms; liaise with bank institutions.</li><li>Execute transfers accurately and on time.</li><li>Collaborate with various departments to collect and verify necessary information</li><li>Generate and maintain internal reports as required</li><li>Monitor daily bank account activity, download and review statements; escalate and resolve discrepancies with banks or technical team., and liaising with banking or technical teams to resolve issues</li><li>Maintain organised records and document filing within the system</li><li>Perform additional administrative or financial duties as assigned by management</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field</li><li>Professional certification in AML or ICA Compliance is an advantage</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook</li><li>Very good knowledge of Greek and English language</li></ul>Personal Characteristics:<ul><li>Strong Interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail&nbsp;</li><li>High levels of focus and accuracy</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and as a team member&nbsp;</li><li>Perform well under pressure and within tight deadlines</li></ul>&nbsp;We offer a competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience, along with a professional supportive working environment.
