Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping department.</li><li>Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.</li><li>Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure efficiency and quality.</li><li>Manage inventory and supplies (linen, cleaning materials, amenities) within budget.</li><li>Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations and hotel policies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel.</li><li>Strong leadership and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Fluency in English (Greek and/or Russian is considered an advantage).</li><li>Familiarity with housekeeping and PMS software (e.g., Opera, HotSOS).</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and manage priorities effectively.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Professional development and training opportunities.</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Supportive and team-oriented working environment.</li><li>meals provided</li><li>Discounts across the Atlantica Hotels &amp; Resorts group.</li></ul>To apply, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:a.ioannidou@wavemakerhostpitality.com">a.ioannidou@wavemakerhostpitality.com</a>
