This is a high-impact role ideal for a proactive legal professional ready to contribute to a fast-growing property development company in Cyprus.&nbsp;To apply please send your CV to: hr@tor.cy&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including sale agreements, leases, construction, and service contracts.</li><li>Conduct legal due diligence on property acquisitions and development projects.</li><li>Liaise with authorities such as the Land Registry, Tax Department, and local municipalities to facilitate transactions and obtain necessary permits.</li><li>Prepare and review client KYC and Source of Funds documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Provide legal advice across departments including sales, project management, marketing, and finance.</li><li>Support in contract interpretation, risk assessment, and legal issue resolution for ongoing and new developments.</li><li>Monitor relevant legislative changes and analyze their impact on company operations.</li><li>Draft and maintain corporate documentation (resolutions, PoAs) related to real estate transactions.</li><li>Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders across jurisdictions, as needed.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Law or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar legal role</li><li>Experience in the real estate industry is a significant advantage and will be highly valued in the selection process.</li><li>Business proficiency in both Greek and English, with excellent verbal and written skills</li><li>In-depth understanding of Cypriot real estate, construction, and contract law</li><li>Proven strength in analysis, critical thinking, and clear, effective communication.</li><li>Capable of managing tasks autonomously while engaging cross-functionally with teams and external partners.</li><li>Familiarity with navigating procedures involving public authorities, legal professionals, and banks.</li><li>Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving setting with international exposure.</li></ul>&nbsp;Remuneration and Benefits:We invest in your well-being, career growth, and the moments that matter, both in and out of work.<ul><li>Competitive Salary based on your experience and qualifications</li><li>Private Medical Insurance Plan to support your health</li><li>Daily Homemade Lunches provided at our office (no employee cost)</li><li>On-Site Cafeteria with fresh snacks, cakes, and beverages</li><li>Free On-Site Parking available</li><li>Team Building Activities and regular Corporate Events</li><li>Corporate Discount Card offering special rates at a wide range of retail stores, universities, gyms, water park and more</li><li>Birthday gifts to celebrate your special day</li><li>Long-Term Appreciation Rewards team members reaching key milestones enjoy enhanced benefits</li><li>Career Growth Opportunities and continuous personal and professional development</li></ul>
