We’re after someone who can lead the charge across digital projects, turning chaos into clarity and briefs into buildable roadmaps.This role is about owning the product vision, aligning cross-functional teams, and making things happen - strategically, efficiently, and with serious impact.&nbsp;About the Role:We’re looking for a Product Manager who can drive the full lifecycle of our client projects - &nbsp;from initial brand strategy all the way through to launch and evolution.&nbsp;This is not a traditional product manager role tied to a single product &nbsp;- it’s more exciting than that!&nbsp;You’ll work across multiple industries, shaping client-owned platforms and digital brands, while collaborating with creative, development, and marketing teams to bring visions to life and grow them into results. You will be the one holding the thread from start to finish, ensuring that what we deliver meets business goals, excels in execution, and feels like a complete brand experience &nbsp;- not just a finished project.&nbsp;What You’ll Be Doing:<ul><li>Work directly with clients to understand their business, define goals, and shape product roadmaps</li><li>Lead and manage projects from brand creation and design to platform development and go-to-market strategy</li><li>Translate complex client needs into clear, actionable requirements</li><li>Coordinate across internal teams ensuring quality and deadlines</li><li>Own the project lifecycle: timelines, deliverables, scope, change management</li><li>Ensure that final outcomes align with business goals, brand identity, and technical excellence</li><li>Present deliverables to clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout the partnership</li><li>Balance user needs, technical feasibility, and client expectations&nbsp;</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Proven experience in a similar role within a digital, tech, or advertising agency</li><li>Strong understanding of web and mobile development processes, digital tools, and platforms</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills</li><li>Ability to write structured and comprehensive project documentation and briefs</li><li>Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools</li><li>A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Digital Media, Marketing, or related)</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>Experience working with CMS, eCommerce platforms, or custom software systems</li><li>Knowledge of Agile or Scrum practices</li><li>Experience in UX or wireframing tools</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive package in a performance-driven agency</li><li>Working on impactful projects as part of a forward–thinking and innovative agency</li><li>Supportive team culture with mentorship and growth opportunities</li><li>Tools, resources, and learning pathways to expand your skillset</li><li>Casual Fridays and a 3:00PM finish to kick off the weekend early</li></ul>How to Apply: Ready to lead the charge?
