ETL Expert On behalf of a client, provider of specialized and integrated IT and communications solutions in the Cypriot market, we are currently seeking talented and experienced ETL Expert to join their team in Nicosia. Position’s Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and manage data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse or other systems.</li><li>Database Management: Build, maintain, and optimize databases and storage systems to handle large volumes of structured and unstructured data.</li><li>Collaboration with Data Teams: Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure data infrastructure supports analytics and business needs.</li><li>Data Quality and Integration: Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy by setting up validation rules, monitoring, and resolving data-related issues.</li><li>Automation: Automate repetitive tasks and data processing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce human error.</li></ul> Position’s Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or any other related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3-year experience in advanced SQL programming with hands-on exposure.</li><li>Minium of 2-year experience in designing and maintaining ETL or ELT related jobs and projects.</li><li>Experience in data engineering mainly focused on Data Warehouse - ETL solutions with industry standard ETL/ELT Tools.</li><li>Sound SQL knowledge (query performance tuning, index maintenance) using Teradata/Oracle/MS SQL or similar RDBMS technologies.</li><li>Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.</li><li>Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Attentive to detail, methodological and diligent.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage with people at all levels.</li><li>Fluency in Greek an English, both verbal and written.</li></ul> Employer’s Details Benefits<ul><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident fund (5%)</li><li>Medical and pharmaceutical coverage</li><li>Overtime compensation</li><li>Free telephone line</li></ul>Salary range:&nbsp;€35,000 – 45,000 gross Working hours:&nbsp;07:30/09:00 – 15:00/16:30 Employment contract for 2 years with the possibility of a 1-year extension.
