We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our team! &nbsp; &nbsp;DUTIES&nbsp;<ul><li>Ensures outstanding customer care at all times.</li><li>Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous behavior at all time.</li><li>Courteously and accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations.</li><li>Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.</li><li>Supervises daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard &nbsp;operating procedures.</li><li>Train, direct the work of, resolve issues / problems in a quick, efficient manner to &nbsp;maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality services.</li><li>Build strong relationships and liaise with all other department's especially &nbsp;housekeeping and events.</li><li>Supervise the operations of the front desk to ensure an optional level of service and &nbsp;hospitality is provided to the guests.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management. </li><li>Scheduling and supervision of the front desk staff.</li><li>Manage Group Reservations Coordinators and their processes, to ensure adherence &nbsp;to the Sales Contract terms, ensure the highest level of meeting planner and guest &nbsp;satisfaction whilst maximizing room inventory and ADR.</li><li>Responsible for loading and maintaining rates, packages and tracking codes in the &nbsp;Property Management system.</li><li>You will take personal responsibility for driving up- selling within the property and to &nbsp;ensure optimal use of all distribution channels, e.g. IBE, GDS, Tour Operators, Small &nbsp;Luxury Hotels, Regional and Corporate Sales Offices.</li></ul>&nbsp;EXPERIENCE&nbsp;<ul><li>A minimum of 1 year experience at a hotel Front/Back office management position&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES&nbsp;<ul><li>Computer proficiency</li><li>English and Greek (Russian will be considered as an advantage)</li><li>Understand how to develop and implement business strategies.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. </li><li>Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.</li><li>Recognizes an emergency situation and takes appropriate action.</li><li>Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills.</li><li>Able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, with impending deadlines and/or established timeframes</li></ul>&nbsp;Interested applicants can send their CV at <a href="mailto:events@aeliawellness.com.cy">events@aeliawellness.com.cy</a> or call at 22015590
