VACANCY&nbsp;Louis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Tui Blue Nausicaa Village as the Pastry Cook and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality. Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and bread in accordance with the Akakiko standards.</li><li>Execute the production and presentation of high-quality pastry items Upholding strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices to ensure food safety and a clean work environment.</li><li>Contributing to waste reduction efforts.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the chef to understand the menu requirements and ensure timely preparations.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for ingredient orders.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a pastry cook, preferably in a hotel or a restaurant.</li><li>A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry equipment, and ingredients.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and precision in pastry preparation and presentation.</li><li>commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.</li><li>Knowledge of HACCP system and sanitation procedures.</li><li>Very good command of Greek or English language.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.</li><li>Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items.</li><li>EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.</li></ul>&nbsp;Applications:Interested applicants are requested to submit their CV to the e-mail address: <a href="mailto:vacancies@louishotels.com">vacancies@louishotels.com</a> mentioning the title of desired position, no later than the June 28th 2025.&nbsp;*** All applications will be treated in strict confidence***
