This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm with a global presence and significant growth potential.As a Data Analyst at Rimes, you will use problem-solving skills to research complex issues associated with financial data sources across a wide array of financial asset types including fixed income, equity, ETFs and commodities.&nbsp;What you will do:<ul><li>Maintain and support the suite of Rimes products and services</li><li>Collaborate with data developers and performance analysts on optimizing data quality and the efficiency of data infrastructures</li><li>Respond to data questions coming in from clients and from client-facing teams within Rimes</li><li>Coordinate with data suppliers about calculation methodologies and data anomalies</li></ul>As an Associate Data Analyst, you will be playing a pivotal role in upholding Rimes’ commitment to data quality.Who you are:<ul><li>Bachelor or Master, in Finance, Science, Engineering or Mathematics-related field</li><li>Results-driven and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Flexible and efficient at multitasking across various assignments</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Able to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize effectively</li><li>Interested in technology while recognizing the importance of process and structure</li><li>Attentive to detail with a demonstrated ability to think creatively</li><li>A confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills</li></ul>Also useful:<ul><li>Knowledge of financial markets and financial data</li><li>Previous work experience in the financial industry</li><li>Python/Perl experience</li><li>Knowledge of SQL</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Private Medical Insurance</li><li>Private Provident Fund</li><li>26 days of annual leave</li><li>5 days paid sick leave</li><li>Breakfast and snacks</li></ul>&nbsp;Compensation:&nbsp;Competitive pay and bonus eligibilityWork Life Balance:&nbsp;Flexible hybrid work environmentOur Values:<ul><li>Client excellence</li><li>Innovation</li><li>Integrity</li><li>Empowerment</li></ul>&nbsp;Only selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.
