Job Scope&nbsp;The Junior Project Manager is a driven and detail-oriented person who supports the delivery of maritime technology projects of the company. The role involves coordinating &nbsp;with cross-functional teams, engaging internal and external stakeholders—including shipowners, OEMs, and service partners—and ensuring all deliverables align with our strategic objectives and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, flexibility to adapt and a strong focus on achieving the set project goals.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;Project Planning and Coordination<ul><li>Assist in creating detailed project scopes and implementation schedules for shipboard and shore-based technology solutions.</li><li>Coordinate across all departments to ensure aligned project execution.</li><li>Support remote and on-site deployments by managing dependencies, milestones, and resource availability.&nbsp;</li></ul>Stakeholder Engagement&nbsp;<ul><li>Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and third-party technology providers to align on requirements, delivery expectations, and timelines.</li><li>Guide cross-functional and external stakeholders through each phase of the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.</li><li>Act as a reliable point of contact for shipowners and vessel operators, ensuring professional communication throughout.</li><li>&nbsp;</li></ul>Progress Monitoring and Adaptive Management&nbsp;<ul><li>Monitor real-time project progress using digital tools like Monday.com, Jira, Asana; update KPIs and project boards proactively.</li><li>Recommend and apply project changes when necessary to meet customer goals, technical requirements, or delivery constraints.</li><li>Demonstrate agility in addressing unforeseen changes.</li></ul>&nbsp;Documentation and Reporting&nbsp;<ul><li>Prepare internal documentation (timelines, logs, escalation paths) and maintain project dashboards.</li><li>Produce detailed reporting packs for external stakeholders such as fleet managers, technical directors, and commercial clients.</li><li>Deliver structured updates to Head of Projects, , highlighting progress, issues, and corrective actions.</li></ul>Execution and Issue Resolution<ul><li>Track technical implementation tasks such as equipment readiness, software provisioning, and shipboard installation planning.</li><li>Escalate issues that may affect compliance (e.g., IMO standards, cyber hygiene) or project timelines, and support resolution coordination.</li><li>Maintain meticulous follow-up processes to ensure quality delivery and handover to post-implementation support.</li></ul>&nbsp;Continuous Improvement&nbsp;<ul><li>Participate in post-project evaluations and lessons learned, contributing to the optimization of project frameworks.</li><li>Recommend improvements in stakeholder communication and delivery processes tailored to maritime operational realities.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maritime Studies, Project Management, or related field.</li><li>1–2 years of experience in a coordination or junior project management role, ideally in maritime, telecoms, or technology.</li><li>Understanding of shipboard environments, vessel operational limitations, or maritime satellite systems is a strong advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); Greek or additional languages a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com MS Project, Jira, Asana) and Office applications.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to work in a time-sensitive, customer-centric environment.</li><li>Exposure in working in remote environments and cross functional coordination with stakeholders in globally distributed time zones</li><li>Ability to create and maintain essential project documentation, including project plans, change management records, and risk registers.</li></ul> APPLY HERE : <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://tototheo.bamboohr.com/careers/212">https://tototheo.bamboohr.com/careers/212</a>&nbsp;
