Key Responsibilities: &nbsp;• Project Planning &amp; Coordination: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources from initiation to completion. &nbsp;• Design &amp; Permitting Support: Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure smooth project approvals and compliance with local regulations. &nbsp;• Construction Oversight: Monitor construction progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. &nbsp;• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. &nbsp;• Risk &amp; Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. &nbsp;• Reporting &amp; Documentation: Maintain project records, track progress, and prepare reports for senior management.
