CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly respected company operating in the Construction &amp; Real Estate sectors, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Civil Engineer to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing and supervising a variety of construction related projects, helping to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. You should hold an academic background in Civil Engineering, and possess approximately 5+ years of previous experience as a Civil Engineer. Good knowledge of AutoCAD is essential, as well as fluency in both Greek &amp; English. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, based on skills and experience. Working hours are from 07:00 - 13:00 &amp; 14:00 - 16:00 from Monday to Friday.&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Overseeing site operations and activities.</li><li>Organizing and managing construction site logistics.</li><li>Coordination, management and organisation of construction sites, company workshops and</li><li>Developing project bids and proposals.</li><li>Managing procurement of necessary materials.</li><li>Generating documentation for transactions.</li><li>Addressing technical issues and challenges.</li><li>Monitoring project finances and timelines.</li><li>Any other relevant duties as required by the Company.</li></ul>Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Holder of a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Approximately 5+ years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Good knowledge of AutoCAD.</li><li>Very good knowledge of Greek and English.</li><li>Member of ETEK.</li><li>Strong communication and project management skills.</li><li>Good interpersonal and presentation skills.</li><li>Holder of a driver's licence.</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG7884.
