Remote work or relocation is not offered for this position.** About your roleYou with your team will be responsible for maintaining the Company’s IT systems (software, hardware, communication), driving change through IT projects, training and process improvement; and assisting internal users with their IT requests and issues.You will also be expected to participate in the management of IT Security, and have responsibilities including Administrating Active Directory, Domains, Telephony and connectivity, and Office 365.What you will be working on<ul><li>Manage, mentor, train and lead the IT Team</li><li>Provide approachable and professional IT Support to internal users, both locally and overseas</li><li>Identify, propose, and implement improvements to systems, procedures, and services</li><li>IT Service Desk duties, including the resolution of issues; the management of Office hardware; Leavers &amp; Joiner processing&nbsp;etc.</li><li>Maintain critical Technology systems such as email, Domains, Telephony, the LAN, Wi-Fi,&nbsp;PCs, Laptops, Printers, backups, local servers</li><li>Participate in the Administration of the Active Directory, Domain, and Office 365 environments, in addition to third party on premises and&nbsp;SaaS&nbsp;Applications</li><li>Lead and collaborate on projects to enhance the operating environment</li><li>Actively participate in the monitoring and enforcement of IT Security Policies and the management of Security Systems</li><li>Assist with gathering evidence for IT Audits, and periodical reviews related to the governance of the IT Systems, User Accounts, and Access</li><li>Analysis, Comparison and Purchases of IT Equipment and IT related services</li><li>Participate in the management of the Generators and UPS, and Electricity supply matters</li></ul>What we’re looking for<ul><li>At least 2 years of managerial experience in a similar role</li><li>5+ years of experience working on IT Service Desks&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot in a Windows / MAC (system &amp; end client)</li><li>Administer and manage Antivirus Console</li><li>Administer and manage&nbsp;WDS/MDT&nbsp;Server</li><li>Basic network experience with switches and&nbsp;VLANS</li><li>Experience with Active Directory and knowledge&nbsp;Azure AD&nbsp;managing&nbsp;GPOS, DNS,&nbsp;DHCP</li><li>Knowledge of monitoring system solutions</li><li>Unquestionable integrity and honesty</li><li>A can-do attitude and willingness to support the team in all aspects of the role</li><li>BSc/Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent</li></ul>Will be nice to also have<ul><li>3+ years of experience working as an IT System Administrator in a Microsoft heavy environment</li><li>Experience managing Windows Servers in an Enterprise environment</li><li>Telephony management experience (PBX, DID,&nbsp;Trunking)</li><li>Practical experience managing, (and ideally in integrating), IT Security tools and systems</li><li>Knowledge of Firewall administration and Networking</li><li>Experience in administrating cloud and hybrid environments (O365&nbsp;Azure AD)</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot Linux (system &amp; end client)</li><li>Knowledge of Industry and regulatory standards such as GDPR, DORA, ISO27000, OWASP, ITIL</li></ul>&nbsp;What you'll enjoy<ul><li>Competitive remuneration</li><li>Provident fund</li><li>Discretionary yearly performance bonus</li><li>Professional development and learning&nbsp;opportunities</li><li>Friendly and dynamic work environment</li><li>21 days of annual leave which increases every two years (capped at 24 days)</li><li>Weekly lunches, weekly massages, team outings and company building activities</li><li>Strong culture promoting work-life balance and flexibility</li><li>Fresh fruits, snacks, coffee and refreshments at the office&nbsp;</li><li>Hybrid&nbsp;working and flexi-time</li></ul>Meet easyMarketseasyMarkets is a leading global financial services provider, offering innovative and user-friendly trading solutions to clients worldwide.
