Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as the primary advisor and main point of contact for clients, ensuring their communication needs are met.</li><li>Challenge clients on their marketing tactics and strategy, leveraging personal expertise and knowledge to promote a consumer-focused approach.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Strategist to define the communication strategy.</li><li>Lead and oversee the planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with client expectations budget and deadlines.</li><li>Assess and analyze customer journeys to identify key pain points, implementing strategies and improvements across all touchpoints.</li><li>Act as a customer advocate, driving customer-focused strategies within the organization</li><li>Develop and present detailed proposals, reports, and actionable recommendations to clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Digital, Media &amp; PR to ensure smooth service delivery.</li><li>Implement initiatives to improve customer onboarding processes and long-term satisfaction.</li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new insights and technologies into customer experience strategies</li><li>Guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence in customer experience practices</li><li>Manage escalated client concerns with a proactive approach, ensuring timely and effective solutions</li></ul>Job Specifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing or a related field will be considered an advantage).</li><li>4-8 years of experience in customer experience management, account management, communications or a related field.</li><li>Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>Leadership and mentoring skills to guide team members and promote team collaboration.</li><li>Ability to manage complex projects.</li><li>Resilience under pressure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in shaping customer satisfaction, foster loyalty and align customer-focused strategies with overarching business goals.
