Who we're looking for:&nbsp;Payments Officer What you'll be working on:<ul><li>Process outgoing payments on a daily basis, in line with internal timetables and deadlines</li><li>Manage weekly credit/debit card balances;</li><li>Liaise internally with other departments for matters relating to payments;</li><li>Contact financial institutions with respect to payment documentation (proof of payments) and payment issues;</li><li>Prepare the Daily Cash Position Report and other management reports as requested;</li><li>Liaise with financial institutions regarding:</li><li>opening of new bank accounts;</li><li>ongoing maintenance of existing accounts;</li><li>issuance/deletion/renewal of cards</li><li>granting/modifying/removing access to accounts</li><li>Keep updated records of the bank accounts details, access rights, cards register and fees;</li><li>Prepare bank fees analysis and propose cost efficient payment flows. &nbsp;</li></ul>What we expect from you:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;</li><li>Familiarity with payment gateways, SWIFT, SEPA, ACH and other banking protocols;</li><li>Experience with crypto payments is a plus;</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills;</li><li>Russian language skills are a plus;</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy;</li><li>Ability to reconcile payments, detect discrepancies, and resolve issues quickly;</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deadlines.</li></ul> What we offer:<ul><li>Office located in downtown Limassol;</li><li>Official employment with a stable salary;</li><li>Inclusive corporate mobile package;</li><li>Medical insurance coverage;</li><li>Daily complimentary lunches;</li><li>Sport benefits;</li><li>Support for car purchases and coverage of school/kindergarten expenses. &nbsp;</li></ul>Work format: &nbsp;Office
