We are seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment. The Chef must be capable of working in a fast-paced setting and be committed to culinary excellence and innovation and have experience with buffets.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and present high-quality food consistently according to recipes and standards.</li><li>Plan menus in consultation with management and ensure seasonal and cost-effective dishes.</li><li>Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training and scheduling.</li><li>Monitor food stock and place orders as needed, minimizing waste.</li><li>Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are maintained.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques.</li><li>Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.</li><li>Ensure timely service and manage customer feedback regarding food quality.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (3+ years preferred).</li><li>Culinary degree or equivalent training/certification is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.</li><li>Excellent time management, leadership, and organizational skills.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe).</li><li>Ability to remain calm and productive in a high-pressure environment.</li><li>Creativity and a passion for food and hospitality.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Fast-paced kitchen environment.</li><li>Standing for long periods and lifting moderate to heavy items.</li><li>Working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.</li></ul>Contact number: 99093540. &nbsp;Email: Info@boobaboom.com
