​​​​​IT Hardware Supervisor On behalf of a client, a well-established group, operating in the Food and Beverage, we are currently seeking an IT Hardware Supervisor to join their team in Nicosia. Objective Ensuring high availability and performance of company’s data center, network systems (Cisco/Meraki), POS environments, Microsoft 365 services and telecommunication hardware. Position’s Duties Responsibilities Data Center &amp; Virtualization:<ul><li>Manage and maintain core data center infrastructure.</li><li>Oversee virtualization platforms with a focus on Microsoft Hyper-V.</li><li>Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery for critical business systems.</li></ul>Network Infrastructure:<ul><li>Manage, and troubleshoot Cisco and Meraki networking equipment across retail outlets and offices.</li><li>Support network needs for Wi-Fi, guest access, and location-based services.</li></ul>POS, Telephony &amp; Site Hardware:<ul><li>Oversee point-of-sale (POS) systems, including hardware setup, updates, and replacements.</li><li>Manage telephone and voice systems across all locations.</li><li>Coordinate procurement, installation, and lifecycle management of IT hardware for new store openings or location upgrades.</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Inventory Management:<ul><li>Coordinate with external vendors to implement system upgrades and resolve issues efficiently.</li><li>Evaluate and manage vendor relationships for hardware purchasing and services.</li><li>Maintain detailed asset inventories for hardware across all locations.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and maintain budget control for hardware procurement.</li></ul>Support &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Provide hands-on technical support when needed for escalated hardware or infrastructure issues and maintain infrastructure documentation and SOPs.</li></ul>Microsoft 365 &amp; User Management:<ul><li>Administer and support Microsoft 365 products including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.</li><li>Manage Active Directory user accounts, group policies, and permissions.</li><li>Handle provisioning, deactivation, and troubleshooting of email accounts and licenses.</li></ul>Position’s Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any other related field.</li><li>3-5 years of proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, network systems, and hardware components.</li><li>Experience managing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Online.</li><li>Strong experience with Hyper-V, Cisco, and Meraki platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with POS hardware, guest Wi-Fi setups.</li><li>Preferred Certifications (a plus, not required): Windows Server/Hyper-V, Azure Administrator or M365 Fundamentals, Cisco Certified (CCNA, CCNP)</li><li>Strong organizational, communication and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Problem-solving and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Employer’s Details Benefits<ul><li>13th salary</li><li>Medical Scheme subsided by the company</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Half Day once a week</li></ul>Working hours:&nbsp;Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 &amp; 1 day 08:00-13:00&nbsp;If you are interested, please submit your CV via the provided link: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17496292994270069663cxh">https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17496292994270069663cxh</a>
