Our commitment to quality in our products as well as our service is paramount.&nbsp;Role Description:Reports To: COO/CEOEmployment Type: Full-timeThe Maintenance Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within the company, ensuring that equipment, facilities, and systems remain in optimal working condition. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and efficient resource management to maintain high operational standards.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Leadership &amp; Management: Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team, assign tasks, and ensure efficiency.</li><li>Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.</li><li>Repairs &amp; Troubleshooting: Oversee diagnostics and resolution of technical issues across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.</li><li>Budget &amp; Resource Allocation: Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and ensure proper procurement of tools and supplies.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
