Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.baseelement.digital/en/careers/Digital-Marketing-Account-Manager">Digital Marketing Account Manager</a> at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.baseelement.digital/">Base Element</a>. The role involves providing expert consulting on digital marketing and communication strategies, ensuring client campaigns are executed successfully, meeting deadlines, budgets, and KPIs. It includes managing client relationships, understanding their business models and marketing strategies, and maintaining effective communication throughout the contract lifecycle. The position requires designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, staying updated with the latest industry trends, and leveraging tools and platforms to enhance client strategies. Responsibilities also include budget management, resolving campaign issues, analyzing data through tools like Google Analytics, and ensuring the successful completion of assigned projects. The position is based in Nicosia with the flexibility for remote work.&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Online Advertising skills</li><li>Data Analysis and Reporting capabilities</li><li>Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns</li><li>Content Strategy and Content Management skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team</li><li>Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or related field</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English</li></ul>Skills and Experience<ul><li>2+ years of relevant experience.</li><li>Good business acumen and ability to act based on marketing and business objectives.</li><li>Very good understanding of the complex digital landscape in respect to digital marketing.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the use of&nbsp; Social Media Platforms (such as Facebook, Tik-Tok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc)</li><li>Very good in the use of Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.</li><li>Proficient in the use of&nbsp; Adwords and Meta advertising platforms</li><li>Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization principles</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to time manage and meet deadlines.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>We offer a competitive remuneration package based on knowledge and experience</li><li>13th Salary</li><li>22 Days of annual leave</li><li>50% remote work</li><li>Self development opportunities, job trainings and seminars</li></ul>
