Role Description<ul><li>Organize and control the Project Development Process, from initial planning to construction completion, and handling over to clients.</li><li>Set up controls and monitor all projects key parameters such as, budget, time frame and quality standards.</li><li>Organize and coordinate Architects and Engineers to achieve project requirements.</li><li>Oversee and review the preparation of drawings, technical specifications and tender documents.</li><li>Organize, review and monitor all tender processes, evaluation and awards of contracts.</li><li>Management and construction operations, ensuring the projects are completed within the preset parameters of time, budget and quality standards.</li><li>Management of client changes.</li><li>Organize handling over and delivery to clients.</li></ul>Education and Experience<ul><li>University Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.</li><li>7 to 10 years relevant experience in the development or construction industry.</li><li>Knowledge of the construction industry, design process and construction practices.</li><li>Experience with managing high quality projects, villas and/or residential projects.</li><li>Experience in assembling and leading a project from inception, planning, permitting, to award of tender, supervision of the construction process and the process of issuing of Title Deeds.</li><li>In depth understanding of the construction contract, its terms and conditions.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Skilled in reading design and construction drawings for all disciplines.</li><li>Ability to develop cost estimates, budget analysis and forecasting.</li><li>Proficient in the Greek and English languages.</li><li>Computing skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.</li><li>Demonstrate ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.</li><li>Excellent Client Management and Internal communication skills.</li><li>Solid Organizational skills including attention to detail.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage productive relationships with the development team, key partners, clients and the community.</li></ul>Remuneration&nbsp;Competitive remuneration and benefits package, including 13th and 14th salary, provident fund, medical insurance and other benefits.&nbsp;Application ProcessIf you match the role requirements and wish to apply, please send your Curriculum Vitae at <a href="mailto:Careers@photiadesgroup.com">Careers@photiadesgroup.com</a> until July 20th, 2025.&nbsp;
