Our team helps supporting and delivering direct personal tax advisory and tax compliance services for their clients in Cyprus and globally.&nbsp;In return, you can expect leading-class learning and development tailored to your unique interests and motivations. You will be given all the skills, knowledge and opportunities to progress and become ready to build a better working world for our people, our clients and the communities that support us.&nbsp;Your key responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Work with the team on a broad range of interesting clients, deal directly with clients on a day-to-day basis to manage direct tax compliance and advisory matters under the supervision of more senior team members.</li><li>Support the team in the delivery of direct personal tax advisory projects for various direct taxes such as income tax, special defence contributions, social insurance and general healthcare system.</li><li>Support the successful delivery of direct tax projects, such as preparation of rulings, support in relation to tax audits, reviewing the tax position of individuals and assisting with the completion and submission of various Tax Forms and Returns.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships both within the firm and externally with clients, identifying opportunities and managing expectations.</li><li>Help to create a positive learning culture, coaching and counselling junior team members to help them develop professionally and personally.</li><li>Keep up to date with current developments in the field of tax and apply knowledge to relevant client cases.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and attributes for success&nbsp;<ul><li>Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team.</li><li>Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oral.</li><li>Enthusiastic team player with ability to partner effectively with team members. Passion to learn and engage in the team is the key attribute we look for.</li><li>A desire to learn and develop into the role.</li><li>Ability to plan and prioritise work.</li></ul>&nbsp;To qualify for the role you must have&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred (minimum 2:1, 7.5/10) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields and/or ACA, ACCA or any other professional qualification;</li><li>2 years of relative working experience, preferably in a Big four professional services firm, will be considered as an advantage;</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English written and spoken.
