The main responsibilities of the position include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Prepare and submit licensing applications to regulatory authorities for new or expanded operations in collaboration with the Compliance department</li><li>Coordinate the preparation of license applications across various jurisdictions, including drafting and reviewing required manuals, policies, and procedures to meet local and international financial services regulations.</li><li>Analyze regulatory and licensing requirements in targeted jurisdictions to support business objectives.</li><li>Communicate and liaise regularly with regulatory authorities, legal advisors, and external partners to ensure timely follow-ups and submissions.</li><li>Ensure that regulatory policies and procedures are consistently implemented, maintained, and monitored across the Group.</li><li>Conduct regulatory research and SWOT analyses to evaluate licensing opportunities and present recommendations to senior management.</li><li>Monitor and assess global regulatory developments, advising on implications and required compliance actions.</li><li>Prepare and deliver periodic compliance and licensing reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.</li><li>Perform internal reviews and audits of business functions and processes to verify compliance and effectiveness.</li><li>Review and assess internal and external agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.</li><li>Engage with relevant internal departments to secure timely feedback, approvals, and the completion of all licensing-related documentation.</li><li>Stay informed of relevant regulatory frameworks and provide day-to-day guidance to teams across the business.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Main requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>University Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in a similar position .</li><li>CySEC Advanced certification will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Integrity of character and high levels of confidentiality.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefit from:&nbsp;<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package plus performance related reward.</li><li>Private health insurance.&nbsp;</li><li>Corporate pension fund.&nbsp;</li><li>Intellectually stimulating work environment.</li><li>Continuous personal development and international training opportunities.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Please visit our website <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://tinyurl.com/wtkdpaz6">https://tinyurl.com/wtkdpaz6</a> to submit your online application for this position.&nbsp;&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!&nbsp;
