Responsibilities/Καθήκοντα:<ul><li>Registers in ERP system all relevant information and actions that are related with controlling and handling quality / Καταγράφει στο σύστημα όλες τις σχετικές πληροφορίες και δράσεις που σχετίζονται με τον έλεγχο και τον χειρισμό ποιότητας.</li><li>Assist in maintenance of the machine / Παρέχει υποστήριξη στη συντήρηση μηχανών.</li><li>Applying quality control regulations / Εφαρμόζει τους κανονισμούς ελέγχου ποιότητας.</li><li>Registers appointed check-ups in the Production Journal / Καταγράφει καθορισμένους ελέγχους στο ημερολόγιο Παραγωγής.</li><li>Organize the shift and guide the Operator Assistants / Οργανώνει τη βάρδια και καθοδηγεί τους Βοηθούς Χειριστή.</li><li>Uses and fills control documents / Χρησιμοποιεί και συμπληρώνει έγγραφα ελέγχου προϊόντος</li><li>Executes quality control following orders of the Quality Control Manager / Εκτελεί ποιοτικό έλεγχο σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες της Υπεύθυνης Ποιότητας.</li><li>Registers all controls and actions made, including any relevant information on production and quality control / Ενημερώνει το εργαστήριο για τους ποιοτικούς ελέγχους που έχει ακολουθήσει και όλες τις σχετικές πληροφορίες.</li><li>Be responsible for changing molds, colorants and any other conversion / Αλλάζει τα καλούπια, χρώματα και οποιαδήποτε άλλη αλλαγή.</li><li>Report to the Production Manager for any production issues and to the Quality Assurance Specialist for any quality issues / Αναφέρει στην/ον Υπεύθυνη/ο Παραγωγής για οποιαδήποτε προβλήματα ποιότητας.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications/Προσόντα:<ul><li>Technical ability, good coordination / Τεχνικές γνώσεις, οργάνωση.</li><li>Ability to do small to moderate repairs on machinery / Ικανότητα να εκτελεί μικρές&nbsp;επιδιορθώσεις στις μηχανές.</li><li>Team player / Ομαδικότητα.</li><li>Works well under pressure / Λειτουργεί καλά υπό πίεση.</li></ul>&nbsp;Rewards and Benefits/Ωφελήματα:<ul><li>Starting salary according qualifications/ Αρχικός μισθός αναλόγως προσόντων.</li><li>13th salary / 13ος μισθός.</li><li>Night shift bonus 25% / Επίδομα νυχτερινής βάρδιας 25%.</li><li>Bonus based on individual performance/Φιλοδώρημα αναλόγως με την ατομική απόδοση.</li><li>Public Holidays double payment / 1 προς 2 Δημόσιες Αργίες.</li><li>Overtimes 1:5 / Υπερωρίες 1 προς 1,5.</li><li>Paid overtimes exceeding 173.33 hours a month because of the shift schedule/Πληρωνονται υπερωρίες που υπερβαίνουν τις 173.33 ώρες λόγω σύστημα βαρδιών</li><li>Bonus scheme according to company's annual target / Φιλοδώρημα ανάλογα με τους ετήσιους στόχους της εταιρείας.</li></ul>&nbsp;Timetable is shift based. You will be working 2 days and then 2 days off. One day you will be working from 07:00 to 1900 (with one hour break), and next day will be working 19:00 to 07:00, 2 days off and again the same timetable.Our factory is working 24/7, and it is possible that sometimes you will be asked to work the night shift. Christmas and Easter the production closes.Το πρόγραμμα είναι με βάρδιες, 2 ημέρες εργασία, 2 ημέρες ανάπαυση.
