Responsibilities: &nbsp;Quality Assurance<ul><li>Develop and implement QA processes and procedures daily onsite.</li><li>Conduct regular audits of operational activities, administrative tasks, and interactions with responsible persons (PM or Director of the Project).</li><li>Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.</li><li>Ensure that all works carried out by the Contractor &amp; Sub-contractors are according to the approved method statements, Project specifications &amp; materials specifications.&nbsp;</li></ul>Quality Control<ul><li>Monitor the performance of the MC against established KPIs and quality standards.</li><li>Comprehensive quality control and technical supervision at all stages of construction, daily site inspections.</li><li>Inspect and verify the implementation of operational procedures.</li><li>Address non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly with the PM and/or Director of the Project.</li><li>Ensure that construction works follow the latest drawings.&nbsp;</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date QAQC documentation with photos, including checklists, audit reports, and corrective action logs.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on quality metrics and share insights with management.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.</li><li>Liaise with architects and consultants if needed (only on request of the PM or Directors).</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in QA/QC roles in construction sites.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Knowledge<ul><li>Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control practices.</li><li>Experience in technical on-site supervision.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD.</li><li>English proficiency – excellent.</li><li>Knowledge of construction norms &amp; rules.</li></ul>&nbsp;We offer:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration.</li><li>Private medical insurance.</li><li>21 paid vacation days per year.</li><li>3 paid sick leave days per year.</li></ul>
