Our Group takes great pride in representing a 50-year heritage of excellence driven by our customer-centric strategy, best-in-class execution, and professional team.&nbsp;We are looking to recruit a dynamic person who will join our team in the position of Accounting Assistant.&nbsp;Main responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Issue and manage credit notes in compliance with company policies.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, payments, and account reconciliations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely updates.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform any other task in the scope of accounting department as may be requested&nbsp;Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; LCCI intermediate or higher·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A degree in accounting, finance or any other related field will be considered an advantage·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting or similar role·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluency in Greek and English both verbal and written·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Well organized and results oriented·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attention to detail·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Integrity&nbsp;You could be the one we are looking for!Send your CV to: hr_ddc@diplomat-global.com&nbsp;Especially if you would like to:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; have an attractive remuneration package including 13th salary, medical scheme and provident fund.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; work in a hybrid model with 1 day work from home.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; enjoy freshly cooked lunch served daily at the office.Confidentiality will be maintained for all submitted applications.
