The person will be working in shifts and will be reporting to the Chief Dealer.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Daily management and monitoring of the Trading Platforms.&nbsp;</li><li>Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimizing system parameters when needed.</li><li>Reviewing client accounts upon requests relating to trading activity and/or platform performance and providing resolution for such inquiries.</li><li>Executing client orders and assisting clients with inquiries.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitoring exposure due to trading activity and provision of relevant reports when required.</li><li>Following the relevant processes and procedures as per the Company’s internal operations manual and the applicable laws and directives.</li><li>Providing support to the Chief Dealer and Chief Operations Officer.</li><li>Keeping up to date with market information and preparation of market reports.</li><li>Complying with internal company policies and procedures.</li><li>Undertaking any other related tasks assigned by management.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or other related field.</li><li>Basic or Advanced Certification of the Cyprus Securities &amp; Exchange Commission.</li><li>At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in FX and commodities trading and hedging is a must.&nbsp;</li><li>Good knowledge of the regulatory regime for financial markets and investment firms.&nbsp;</li><li>Good and proven understanding of the financial and capital markets will be considered a significant advantage.</li><li>Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Computer literacy and ability to work simultaneously with a variety of systems.</li><li>Dynamic and flexible with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Target-oriented, competitive, and success-driven.</li><li>Team player.</li></ul>&nbsp;Main Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary depending on skills and experience.</li><li>Discretionary annual bonus.</li><li>Hybrid working model.</li><li>Group Medical Scheme.</li><li>Provident Fund.</li><li>Training opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Friendly working environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;How to applyIf you wish to join our team, send us your CV in English&nbsp;at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careers@markets.com">careers@markets.com</a>,&nbsp;mentioning the title of the position in the subject of the email.&nbsp;Due to the high volume of applicants only successful candidates will be contacted.
